    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 181 - 183
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. Implementation of the Healthy Food Financing
    6  Initiative is contingent upon appropriation by the Legislature.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 15 - 17
   11  and insert:
   12         rules; providing that implementation of the program is
   13         contingent upon legislative appropriation; providing
   14         an effective date.
