       The Committee on Community Affairs (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Before line 29
    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Present paragraphs (a) through (e) of subsection
    6  (2) of section 489.518, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as
    7  paragraphs (b) through (f), respectively, and a new paragraph
    8  (a) is added to that subsection, to read:
    9         489.518 Alarm system agents.—
   10         (2)(a) A person who performs only sales or installations of
   11  wireless alarm systems, other than fire alarm systems, in a
   12  single-family residence is not required to complete the initial
   13  training required for burglar alarm system agents.
