       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Montford) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 30
    4  and insert:
    5  If the person providing the statement required under this
    6  subsection is the company employee adjuster, the adjuster must
    7  consult with the appropriate personnel in the company’s
    8  underwriting department and claims department to verify the
    9  information disclosed in the statement. In addition, the
