    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (725590)

    3         Delete lines 211 - 213
    4  and insert:
    5  must notify the agency that it is in compliance with the
    6  requirement to meet the same building codes and lifesafety codes
    7  as a hospital before the ambulatory surgical center may keep a
    8  patient later than midnight on the day of the patient’s
    9  procedure.
