       Senator Sachs moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 21 - 37
    4  and insert:
    5  another location on that body, including, but not limited to,
    6  linear or strip-style procedures, whether performed by a person
    7  or robotically.
    8         (2) A person who is not licensed under this chapter or
    9  chapter 459 or certified under s. 464.012 may not perform a hair
   10  restoration or transplant or make incisions for the purpose of
   11  performing a hair restoration or transplant.
   12         (3) A person who is engaged in the practice of hair
   13  restoration or transplant on July 1, 2016, may continue that
   14  practice without obtaining a license under this section until
   15  July 1, 2019, by which date that person must comply with this
   16  section.
   17         Section 2. Section 459.027, Florida Statutes, is created to
   18  read:
   19         459.027 Hair restoration or transplant.—
   20         (1) As used in this section, the term “hair restoration or
   21  transplant” means a surgical procedure that extracts or removes
   22  hair follicles from one location on an individual living human
   23  body for the purpose of redistributing the hair follicles to
   24  another location on that body, including, but not limited to,
   25  linear or strip-style procedures, whether performed by a person
   26  or robotically.
   27         (2) A person who is not licensed under this chapter or
   28  chapter 458 or certified under s. 464.012 may not perform a hair
   29  restoration or transplant or make incisions for the purpose of
   30  performing a hair restoration or transplant.
   31         (3) A person who is engaged in the practice of hair
   32  restoration or transplant on July 1, 2016, may continue that
   33  practice without obtaining a license under this section until
   34  July 1, 2019, by which date that person must comply with this
   35  section.

   40  and insert:

   42         providing an effective
