       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 37 - 43
    4  and insert:
    5  scholarship, a teacher must have attended an accredited college
    6  of education and:
    7         1. Must have scored at or above the 60th percentile on
    8  either the SAT or the ACT, based upon the percentile ranks in
    9  effect when the teacher took the assessment, and must have been
   10  evaluated as highly effective pursuant to s. 1012.34; or
