       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Bullard) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 57 and 58
    4  insert:
    5         (c) Notwithstanding the SAT and ACT score requirements in
    6  paragraphs (a) and (b), a teacher may also demonstrate
    7  eligibility for the scholarship by being evaluated as highly
    8  effective pursuant to s. 1012.34 for 4 consecutive years. Such
    9  performance shall replace any ACT or SAT score eligibility
   10  requirement.
