       Senator Sachs moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 305 and 306
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Subsection (14) is added to section 1009.26,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         1009.26 Fee waivers.—
    8         (14)Each state university shall waive technology fees as
    9  described in s. 1009.24(13); fees for security, access, or
   10  identification cards as described in s. 1009.24(14)(c); and any
   11  fees or fines relating to the use, late return, and loss and
   12  damage of facilities and equipment as described in s.
   13  1009.24(14)(p) for a graduate student who has a 0.25 or greater,
   14  full-time equivalent appointment as a graduate assistant,
   15  graduate research assistant, graduate teaching assistant,
   16  graduate research associate, or graduate teaching associate.
