Call Center Jobs; Requires call centers that intend to relocate out of state, in whole or in part, to notify DBPR; provides penalty for failing to provide notice; requires DBPR compile semiannual list of employers that relocate call centers out of state; provides employers on list are ineligible for certain state grants, loans, or tax benefits for 5 years; requires such employers to remit remaining prorated value of any state grant, loan, or tax benefit; requires state agencies to ensure that certain services are performed in-state by state contractors or their agents; specifies that act may not be construed to withhold or deny certain payments, compensation, or benefits.

Effective Date: 180 days after becoming a law
