Medicaid Compliance; Requires certain hospitals to comply with provisions relating to establishment of Medicaid compliance office & program as condition of licensure; requires certain hospitals to establish Medicaid compliance office & appoint compliance officers & committees; requires each hospital to develop code of conduct, policies & procedures, risk assessment & internal review process, training plan, & other specified procedures; provides penalty; requires annual report to AHCA by specified date.
