Selection and Duties of County Officers; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to remove authority for county charter to provide for choosing certain county officers other than by election, to prohibit special law to provide for choosing tax collector other than by election, to authorize abolition of county office & transfer of duties only by approval of county voters, & to remove authority for county charter to transfer certain duties of clerk of circuit court.
