       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 377 - 386
    4  and insert:
    5  report is not approved by the corps and submitted for
    6  congressional approval by October 1, 2018, or the
    7  postauthorization change report has not received congressional
    8  approval by December 31, 2019, the district, unless granted an
    9  extension by the Legislature, must request the corps to initiate
   10  a post implementation report, as defined in s. 373.470, for the
   11  EAA reservoir project and the district may proceed with the
   12  implementation of CEPP project components in accordance with the
   13  final project implementation report.
   14         (b) The district, when developing the project
   15  implementation report, must focus on the goals of the EAA
   16  reservoir project as identified in CERP, which include providing
   17  additional water storage and conveyance south of the
   18

   21         Delete lines 36 - 37
   22  and insert:
