       recommended the following:

    3         Delete lines 960 - 964
    4  and insert:
    5         (j) (k) Child welfare A Florida Abuse Hotline Information
    6  System (FAHIS) history from the Statewide Automated Child
    7  Welfare Information System (SACWIS) and criminal records check
    8  for all caregivers, family members, and individuals residing
    9  within the household from which the child was removed.
