    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to building designations; providing an
    3         honorary designation of a certain building in a
    4         specified municipality; directing the Department of
    5         Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to erect suitable
    6         markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Trooper Phillip A. Black Building designated;
   11  Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to erect
   12  suitable markers.—
   13         (1) The Florida Highway Patrol station located at 14190
   14  S.R. 84 in the Town of Davie is designated as the “Trooper
   15  Phillip A. Black Building.”
   16         (2) The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is
   17  directed to erect suitable markers designating the Trooper
   18  Phillip A. Black Building as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2017.
