       The Committee on Transportation (Gainer) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 87 - 91
    4  and insert:
    5         2. The actual gross vehicle weight for vehicles fueled by
    6  natural gas may not exceed 82,000 pounds, excluding the weight
    7  allowed for idle-reduction technology under paragraph (b).

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 9
   12  and insert:
   13         vehicles fueled by natural gas;
