       The Committee on Appropriations (Broxson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 59 and 60
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Effective July 1, 2017, the sum of $1,229,130 in
    6  recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to
    7  the Office of Public Counsel, and nine full-time equivalent
    8  positions are authorized, for the purpose of implementing this
    9  act.
