       Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 28 - 40
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Section 790.1615(2), relating to unlawful throwing,
    6  placing, or discharging of a destructive device or bomb.
    7         (e) Section 810.02(2)(b), relating to armed burglary.
    8         (2) In the case of an offense identified in subsection (1):
    9         (a) A felony of the third degree is reclassified to a
   10  felony of the second degree.
   11         (b) A felony of the second degree is reclassified to a
   12  felony of the first degree.
   13         (c) A felony of the first degree is reclassified to a life
