       The Committee on Rules (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 27
    4  and insert:
    5  determine the prudence of such gas reserve investments. However,
    6  such standards may not take effect until ratified by the
    7  Legislature. The

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 9
   12  and insert:
   13         investments; requiring legislative ratification of
   14         such standards; providing requirements for such
   15         standards; providing an effective date.
