       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (467840) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 518 and 519
    4  insert:
    5         (f) Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection, a
    6  patient who is not a permanent resident of this state and holds
    7  a valid patient identification card or its equivalent which was
    8  issued within his or her state of permanent residence shall be
    9  treated as a qualified patient upon the presentation of such
   10  identification card or its equivalent and shall be entered into
   11  the medical marijuana registry established in subsection (5).
