       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 107 and 108
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $5,000 in recurring funds and $155,000 in nonrecurring funds
    7  from the Professional Regulation Trust Fund are appropriated to
    8  the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the
    9  purpose of implementing this act.

   14  and insert:
