       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs
       (Grimsley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 192 - 193
    4  and insert:
    5  shall contract with eligible family planning and health care
    6  providers to implement the program in small counties as defined
    7  in s. 339.2816(2). A
