       The Committee on Appropriations (Broxson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 451 and 452
    4  insert:
    5         Section 16. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of $15
    6  million in recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is
    7  appropriated to the Department of Education for the purposes of
    8  implementing sections 14 and 15 of this act.
