       The Committee on Transportation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 65
    4  and insert:
    5  2017, there must be a distance of at least 5 miles between main
    6  through-lane tolling points. The distance requirement of this
    7  sub-subparagraph does not apply to entry and exit ramps. The
    8  authority may not increase a toll on

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 13 - 15
   13  and insert:
   14         certain distance between main through-lane tolling
   15         points on transportation facilities constructed after
   16         a specified date, subject to a certain restriction;
   17         providing applicability;
