       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 49
    4  and insert:
    5  $150 per day. For purposes of this paragraph, a meeting does not
    6  include travel activities for conducting an audit, examination,
    7  inspection, or investigation or travel activities related to
    8  litigation or an emergency response.

   13  insert:
   14         specifying that meetings do not include certain travel
   15         activities for specified per diem and subsistence
   16         allowances;
