    5         Section 43. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the nonrecurring
    6  sum of $140,000 from the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund
    7  in the Contracted Services category is appropriated to the
    8  Department of Children and Families for the purpose of
    9  implementing this act.
