    5         Section 17. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $34,737,652 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund
    7  is appropriated to the Department of Education to implement s.
    8  1009.53(9), Florida Statutes, providing for the use of Florida
    9  Bright Futures Scholarship Program funds for summer term
   10  enrollment.
