       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5  release of information that is required by the Florida Rules of
    6  Judicial Administration to be identified by the filer as
    7  confidential if the filer fails to make the required
    8  identification of the confidential information to the clerk of
    9  the court.

   13         Delete lines 4 - 5
   14  and insert:
   15         for the release of certain information by the clerk of
   16         court under certain circumstances; deleting obsolete
   17         language;
