On Page: 229             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Riviera Beach Water Treatment Plant 
Spec App: 1606A          Disinfection project and reduces $25,000 of 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds allocated for the 
                         Royal Palm Beach Canal System Rehabilitation project 
                         and $25,000 of nonrecurring general revenue funds 
                         allocated for the West Palm Beach Stormwater 
                         Improvements in Historic Pineapple Park.
