From the nonrecurring funds in Specific Appropriation 2224M, the total of $450,000 provided to the Florida African American Heritage Preservation Network (FAAHPN) $400,000 shall used as follows: (a) seventy percent for grants to its affiliate organizations for technology and equipment acquisitions, content and exhibit development, preservation of documents and artifacts, or other eligible expenses as determined by the FAAHPN; (b) fifteen percent for activities that serve affiliates, including, but to limited to, informational and technical assistance, professional development, marketing and promotions, regional or statewide conferences, or other activities that benefit the organization or its affiliates; and (c) fifteen percent for995130 Log:0010 TLP/TLP 04/10/17 05:47:08 PM Senate Page: 4 administrative costs.
