    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 90 - 91
    4  and insert:
    5  attorney fees relating to this claim may not exceed 25 percent
    6  of the amount
    7

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 10 - 11
   11  and insert:
   12         act; providing a limitation on the payment of attorney
