       The Committee on Appropriations (Stargel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 92 and 93
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $50,000 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the Department of Education to implement the
    8  provisions of this act.

   13  and insert:
