       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 34 - 46
    4  and insert:
    5         (19)(a) For data managed and controlled by state agencies,
    6  establish a governance structure that promotes interoperability
    7  and openness;
    8         (b) Adopt rules governing data managed and controlled by
    9  state agencies; and
   10         (c) Establish a catalog of data sources utilized by state
   11  agencies which documents the acceptable use of, security and
   12  compliance requirements for, sharing agreements for, and format
   13  and methods available to access the data.
