    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 131 - 132
    4  and insert:
    5  shall be deposited into the Triumph Gulf Coast Trust Fund. Such
    6  funds are appropriated to Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., and shall be
    7  transferred to Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., no later than 30 days
    8  after such funds are deposited into the Triumph Gulf Coast Trust
