    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 7345 - 7346
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 122. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
    6  act, and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
    7  becoming a law, this act shall take effect October 1, 2017.
