       The Committee on Appropriations (Simmons) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 139
    4  and insert:
    5  parties of charter schools. Therefore, with the exception of a
    6  charter school-in-the-workplace established under s.
    7  1002.33(15)(b) which will use the funds for a purpose identified
    8  in subsection (3), a charter school is not
