       The Committee on Judiciary (Galvano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 69 - 81
    4  and insert:
    5  payable to the Sean R. McNamee Irrevocable Trust as compensation
    6  for injuries and damages sustained as a result of the negligence
    7  of employees of the School Board of Hillsborough county.
    8         Section 3. The amount paid by the School Board of
    9  Hillsborough County under s. 768.28, Florida Statutes, and the
   10  amount awarded under this act are intended to provide the sole
   11  compensation for all present and future claims arising out of
   12  the factual situation described in this act which resulted in
   13  injuries to Sean McNamee and damages to Todd McNamee and Jody
   14  McNamee. The total amount paid for attorney fees relating to
   15  this claim may not exceed 25 percent of the amount awarded under
   16  this act.

   19  And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete lines 5 - 9
   21  and insert:
   22         the Sean R. McNamee Irrevocable Trust as compensation
   23         for injuries and damages sustained by Sean McNamee as
   24         a result of the negligence of employees of the School
   25         Board of Hillsborough County; providing a limitation
   26         on the payment of attorney fees; providing an
   27         effective date.
