       The Committee on Health Policy (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 952
    4  and insert:
    5  or substance abuse policy. Notwithstanding any other provision
    6  of law, this section does not require an employer to accommodate
    7  the ingestion of marijuana in any workplace or any employee
    8  working while under the influence of marijuana. Notwithstanding
    9  any other provision of law, this section does not create a cause
   10  of action against an employer for wrongful discharge or
   11  discrimination.
