       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (944410) (with directory
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 18 and 19
    5  insert:
    6         (c) Paragraph (b) does not apply to any local law,
    7  ordinance, or regulation exclusively relating to property
    8  valuation as a criterion for vacation rental if the local law,
    9  ordinance, or regulation is required to be approved by the state
   10  land planning agency pursuant to an area of critical state
   11  concern designation under s. 380.051.
