    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (112508) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)

    4         Between lines 42 and 43
    5  insert:
    6         (f) Any county adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico and the state
    7  border defined in s. 6.081, and any county adjacent to such
    8  counties, are exempt from the provisions of paragraphs (b), (d),
    9  and (e).
