       (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 93
    4  and insert:
    5  population. Individuals employed by or under contract with an
    6  entity that contracts with the state or local governments to
    7  provide corrections, mental health, substance abuse, reentry, or
    8  similar criminal justice-related services are not eligible for
    9  membership on the task force. Representatives from trade
   10  associations, professional groups, or other organizations whose
   11  membership or board consists of entities that provide
   12  corrections, mental health, substance abuse, reentry, or similar
   13  criminal justice-related services are not eligible for
   14  membership on the task force. Any member may be removed by the
