       The Committee on Judiciary (Young) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1273 and 1274
    4  insert:
    5         Section 36. Subsection (45) is added to section 570.07,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         570.07 Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services;
    8  functions, powers, and duties.—The department shall have and
    9  exercise the following functions, powers, and duties:
   10         (45) To perform food safety inspection services where raw
   11  agricultural commodities are grown, produced, harvested, held,
   12  packed, or repacked.

   16         Delete line 130
   17  and insert:
   18         of ownership of cattle; amending s. 570.07, F.S.;
   19         authorizing the department to perform certain food
