    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 64 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5  disappearance and death of Franklin Weekley. The total amount
    6  paid for attorney fees relating to this claim may not exceed 25
    7  percent of the amount awarded under this act.
