       Senator Baxley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (183848) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 2113 and 2114
    5  insert:
    6         Section 41. Subsection (17) is added to section 617.0302,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         617.0302 Corporate powers.—Every corporation not for profit
    9  organized under this chapter, unless otherwise provided in its
   10  articles of incorporation or bylaws, shall have power to:
   11         (17) Notwithstanding s. 624.4625(1)(b), participate in a
   12  self-insurance fund authorized under s. 624.4625 if such
   13  corporation not for profit is listed in s. 320.10(1)(c) and owns
   14  and operates at least one vehicle for its benefit.
