       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Baxley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 162 and 163
    4  insert:
    5         (q) “Actuarial value” means the percentage paid by a health
    6  plan of the percentage of the total allowed costs of benefits
    7  which is calculated in accordance with 45 C.F.R. s. 156.135.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 4
   12  and insert:
   13         certain definitions; defining the terms “plan year”
   14         and “actuarial value”;
