       Senator Rader moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (945880) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 447 - 448
    5  and insert:
    6  an amount equal to 4.04 percent of the net collections, and half
    7  of that amount shall be paid to the Department of Children and
    8  Families to be distributed to the managing entities to be used
    9  exclusively for opioid treatment, and the other half shall be
   10  paid to the Board of Directors of the H. Lee
   11

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 2070 and 2071
   15  insert:
   16         revising the distribution of fees derived from the
   17         cigarette tax;
