       The Committee on Judiciary (Passidomo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (845968) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 756 - 785
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 6. The amendments made by Section 5 of this act are
    7  intended to clarify existing law, are remedial in nature and
    8  intended to address the rights and liabilities of the affected
    9  parties, and apply to all condominiums created under the
   10  Condominium Act.
