       The Committee on Appropriations (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 421 - 425
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) The requirement for electronic logging devices and
    6  hours of service support documents will not go into effect for
    7  motor carriers engaged in intrastate commerce until December 31,
    8  2018.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 16
   13  and insert:
   14         logging devices and hours of service support documents
   15         for intrastate motor carriers;
