       Senator Galvano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1770 and 1771
    4  insert:
    5         Section 23. Subsection (4) of section 550.09511, Florida
    6  Statutes, is repealed.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 173
   11  and insert:
   12         greyhound racing track; repealing s. 550.09511(4),
   13         F.S., relating to a requirement that certain jai alai
   14         permitholders pay to the state the same aggregate
   15         amount of certain fees and taxes as the permitholders
   16         paid during a specified year in which they conducted
   17         at least 100 live performances; amending s. 550.09512,
   18         F.S.;
