       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 690 - 700
    4  and insert:
    5  assessment. Beginning with any new contract for the ELA
    6  assessment and the Mathematics assessment entered into after
    7  July 1, 2017, achievement level 3 shall be defined as grade
    8  level.
