    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 142 - 147
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) A school district must provide a student’s performance
    6  results on statewide, standardized ELA and mathematics
    7  assessments in an easy-to-read and understandable format to each
    8  student’s parent, current teacher of record, and teacher of
    9  record for the subsequent school year before the start of that
   10  school year. A report of student assessment results, prepared by
